Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CuroVault ("CuroVault", "we", "us") for your use of the CuroVault app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use CuroVault

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may add and manage records for family members, including children, only if you are their parent or lawful guardian, or you otherwise have the right to manage their health information on their behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Please give accurate information when signing up, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Your content

The records and information you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, read, organize, and display that content to you and to anyone you choose to share it with, for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your health records; they remain yours.

4. Acceptable use

When using CuroVault, you agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to store or share;
• Use the service to access or manage another person's records without their permission or your lawful authority;
• Attempt to break, probe, or disrupt the security or normal operation of the service;
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others.

5. Sharing features

CuroVault lets you share selected records, for example, giving a doctor a time-limited QR code. You are responsible for choosing what you share and with whom. Once you share information with another person, how they handle it is outside our control, though our sharing tools are designed to limit access by scope and time and to let you revoke it.

6. Service availability & changes

CuroVault is at an early, evolving stage. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuroVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any medical decision made in reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Because the app is an organizational tool and not a source of medical advice, you remain responsible for verifying important health information with a qualified professional.

8. Termination

You can stop using CuroVault and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where we are required to by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
